I’m a nearly thirty-something living in Chicago. I work in public relations and have represented national restaurant brands, universities and corporations over the past five years. When I’m not working, I’m always on the go. Whether in the cozy wine bar down the street or an eclectic coffee shop on the Seine, I love experiencing new places, meeting new people and making lifelong memories.
To me, a great vacation is: Busy from start to finish, with lots of sightseeing and tips from locals.
You should visit: Charleston, SC. Everything from the hospitality, to the food, to the architecture exudes southern charm.
As a kid, I loved visiting: Utah. We rode the Amtrak from Illinois to Salt Lake City, rented a car and drove to Arches, Zion and Bryce Canyon -- horseback riding, whitewater rafting and cave exploring along the way.
You should watch: To Catch a Thief (1955). No wonder Grace Kelly fell in love with the French Riviera.
I'll have a: Perfectly aged Oregon Pinot, or a New Glarus Moon Man.
I'm happiest: Just after a workout at the end of a productive work day, and any time I'm exploring the city (or just hanging on the couch) with my best friend and husband Chris.
